At HostBoxy, we are committed to providing high-quality hosting solutions. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms, eligibility, and process for requesting a refund. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.


1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a money-back guarantee for eligible services to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Eligible Services: Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and WooCommerce Hosting plans.
  • Eligibility Period: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of the initial signup date.
  • First Invoice Only: The money-back guarantee applies only to the first invoice of a new service. Renewal invoices are not eligible for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of the costs involved in provisioning certain resources, the following services and fees are strictly non-refundable:

  • VPS Hosting & Dedicated Servers: All Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated Servers, and Storage Servers are non-refundable once provisioned.
  • Domain Registrations: Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees are paid immediately to the registrar and cannot be refunded.
  • Software Licenses: Fees for control panels (e.g., cPanel, DirectAdmin) or operating system licenses (e.g., Windows Server) are non-refundable.
  • Setup & Migration Fees: Any one-time fees paid for server setup, migration assistance, or administrative tasks.
  • Add-ons: Dedicated IP addresses, management services, and other add-on products.
  • Third-Party Services: Any service provided by a third-party partner sold through HostBoxy.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

HostBoxy accepts various cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) for payment. Please be aware of our strict policy regarding these transactions:

  • Generally Non-Refundable: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the volatility of digital assets, payments made via cryptocurrency are generally not refundable.
  • Exceptions: In rare cases where a refund is authorized for a crypto payment, it is done at the sole discretion of HostBoxy management. Refunds, if granted, will typically be issued as Account Credit.
  • Exchange Rate Risks: If a monetary refund is exceptionally granted, it will be based on the USD value of the service at the time of the transaction. We are not responsible for any loss of value due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of payment and the time of refund.

4. Refund Requests

To request a refund, you must follow the official cancellation procedure:

  • Support Ticket: All refund requests must be submitted via a support ticket to the "Billing Department" through the HostBoxy Client Area. Requests made via email, live chat, or third-party platforms will not be processed.
  • Account Verification: For security purposes, we may require additional verification to confirm you are the authorized account holder before processing a cancellation or refund.
  • Timing: Requests must be received before the end of the eligibility period (30 days).

5. Abuse & Violations

Accounts that are suspended, restricted, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, termination for spamming, phishing, hosting illegal content, network abuse, or non-payment.

6. Policy Changes

HostBoxy reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of our refund practices.
